Christopher M. MacVean, a lifelong resident of Elkins and a 1979 graduate of Elkins High School joined the funeral home in June 1982 and serves as a Preneed Consultant and Office Manager. He is married to the former Elizabeth D. Vance of Elkins and has two sons, Tim and Carl; a stepdaughter Sarah and one grandson, Alex. He is a former member and Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Elkins, and was chosen as Kiwanian of the year in 2005/2006. He is a member of the Elkins Lodge #1135, B.P.O.E., and the First United Methodist Church, where he is a member of the chancel choir.

Chad M. Scott
Maintenance Supervisor & Attendant

Chad M. Scott is our Maintenance Manager, Funeral Attendant and our in- house technical support person. He specializes in audio, video, picture restoration and computers for both of our funeral homes. Chad resides in Elkins with his wife, Crystal and their six children. He was born and raised in Elkins. Prior to joining the funeral home staff, Chad was the Information Technology Manager for Carlson Hospitality Worldwide in the Radisson Plaza Hotel and Convention Center in Myrtle Beach, SC. He is a dedicated family man that loves being a dad. In his spare time he is a noted chef.
